Price policy
The prices are valid for a minimum stay of 4 nights. In the peak seasons there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.
For the final cleaning we apply a surcharge of 60.00 €.
Local Tax:
From January 2024, the local tax amounts to €2,00 per person and day. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy.

No pets allowed.
Booking
As soon as the deposit of € 200.00 arrives at out bank account, your reservation will be confirmed. Therefore, after receiving our booking details, we kindly ask you to transfer the deposit as soon as possible and to send us a transfer confirmation. Bank account details

Payment: Pay the outstanding amount in cash or with the credit card on site.
Arrival and departure conditionsn
Arrival: we expect your arrival from 3.00 pm. In case of prior arrival, we ask for a short notice by phone. We would be grateful if you could let us know your approximate arrival time the day before.
Departure: On departure-day, we ask for checkout by 9.30 am.
Cancellation policy
We apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
Cancellations up to 2 months before the day of arrival are free of charge. Please note that the deposit is non-refunded and will be used as the cancellation fee. Afterwards we will charge 50% of the total price.
In case of late arrivals or early departures as well as no show, 100% of the total price will be charged.
Please inform us in time if you wish to cancel your holiday.
